Currently, he is the founding member of Sigma Abogados, Arbitrator at the Arbitration Corporate Law Committee, Committees of Experts member in the European Association of Arbitration (Aeade) and Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) member.
Wit abroad experience in Corporate Law, Insolvency Law and Arbitration has a proved reputation after being part of prestigious Law firms as Gómez Acebo & Pombo and Broseta Abogados and some renowned corporations as Grupo Llanera.
Vicente Roldán's professional background also includes advisory services to companies and public bodies in the supplementary legal department of fields such as building sector, Concessions, Environment, Administrative Law and Land Law.
Bachelor's Degree in Law by Castilla la Mancha's University. He is currently preparing his Doctorate in Economy and Law by San Pablo's CEU University. He owns a University Compliance Expert title by Francisco de Victoria's University, a Master in University Expert in Bankruptcy Legislation by INEDE Business School and Valencia's San Vicente Mártir Catholic University. Among other titles, he owns a Master in Banking and Finance by the ISTPB and and Advance Degree in public procurement by San Pablo-CEU's Business School. He is also member of the Illustrious Albacete's Bar Association and the Illustrious Madrid Bar Association.
He has taught a course in a Master in Law by Madrid's Francisco de Vitoria University.
He has been a speaker on various conferences and Masters, some of them being: speaker at Caja Madrid executives in the Business Practice Institute Business School about Insolvency law, speaker at the Master in Legal Advice at Valencia's Stock Market about contestation of articles of incorporation and bylaws and his involvement in 2013 Corporate Conference: "Innovation, Cooperation and Internationalization: Legal Point of View".
Among his main publications there are: the Environment Law chapter in the Business Guide published by Center For International Legal Studies, the article "A vueltas con la llamada tasa farmacéutica" (Struggling with the so called pharmaceutical tax) published by Farmactual magazine, his publications in the Latin-American Yearbook of Arbitration (volumes II and III) and his involvement in the creation of the International Arbitration Terminological Dictionary (Commercial and for Investments).
Some of his other works are his co-author international texts like Chambers Magazine article: "Questions of Interest in International Arbitration" and his participation in the "International Arbitration Dictionary" in Peruano Castillo Freire's office.
